Some links on BumDeals are affiliate links. This means BumDeals may earn a commission if you purchase products through certain retailer links, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals appear on the platform, nor do they affect the prices shown. Deals are ranked and displayed based on price and value only.

Where affiliate links are used, this will be clearly indicated. BumDeals participates in affiliate programs operated by third-party networks. All commissions earned help fund the ongoing development and operation of this free service.

5 Third-Party Services

BumDeals uses trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including services for website hosting, database storage, analytics and email delivery. These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf and are required to handle it securely.

Current providers may include:

• Supabase (database and backend infrastructure)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Netlify (website hosting)

This list may change as the platform evolves. Some providers may store data on servers located outside of Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that data is handled with a comparable level of protection to that required under Australian law, in accordance with APP 8.

BumDeals makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of pricing information displayed on the platform.

11 Children's Privacy

BumDeals is intended for general audiences and is not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
